In private ADR, the parties typically split the costs of the proceeding.  At Limacs, these costs consist solely of Roy Klein’s time charges.  He currently charges $300 per hour.  This means that a full-day’s mediation would cost a total of $2,400.00, or $1,200 per party.  If the parties submit materials for Roy to review in advance of the mediation, he will charge for his study time as well.

In arbitrations, the parties may agree that the losing party must reimburse to the winning party his share of the fees.  If you have that type of arrangement, then Roy’s award will reflect such payment.
